Hi, I’m Jasmine — the heart, hands, and creative spark behind Girrl Bakes.

I’m a baker, boy mom, and a lifelong believer that food is one of the sweetest ways we connect with each other. Girrl Bakes grew out of my love for experimenting in the kitchen — especially with sourdough, which quickly became my favorite creative partner. What started as a simple curiosity turned into a full‑blown passion for crafting treats that feel joyful, nostalgic, and just a little unexpected.

I’m endlessly inspired by bold flavors, bright colors, and the magic that happens when you mix craft with creativity. Every cookie, bar, and loaf‑based treat that comes out of my kitchen is made with intention, local ingredients, and a whole lot of heart.
